3D printing in series production, post-processing options, automated 3D printing

More and more companies are becoming aware of the possibility of using industrial 3D printing to economically implement small and medium-sized series productions. For this reason, the throughput of 3D-printed components is constantly increasing at Launhardt. The higher degree of automation ensures that the surface quality remains the same over the long term and thus optimized post-processing of SLS components. With our new blast cabinet PowerShot C from DyeMansion, we are able to significantly simplify production and post-processing. Roughly unpacked components from the Selective Laser Sintering Process (SLS) can be completely freed from powder in this system. This is particularly necessary for downstream finishing processes such as dyeing.
