Ventilation masks made of PP As a result of the current corona crisis, these masks are running out in hard-hit parts of the world and patients can no longer be ventilated. With our new SLS powder made of PP, we were able to produce the first ventilation masks using additive manufacturing processes.

New 3D printer In September 2019 we installed a new FDM system in order to be able to produce prototypes and production aids quickly and easily directly from the CAD data. In addition, the functionality of additive manufacturing can be trained very clearly using this simple device.
Complete conversion to LED lightingEnvironmentally friendly production We have replaced all of the company lighting with energy-saving LED lights. With this, the energy consumption for the lighting could be reduced by 50 % and thus contributes to the environmentally friendly production of our products.
