Martin Launhardt
Managing Director
In addition to studying mechanical engineering at the University of RWTH Aachen in the field of plastics technology, Martin Launhardt obtained a master's degree from the University of Wisconsin. Mr. Launhardt was employed as a research assistant at the Chair of Plastics Technology (LKT) for 6 years and has dealt intensively with the topic of additive manufacturing and has been an employee of Launhardt GmbH with a focus on additive manufacturing since 2019.

Founded the company in 1997 and has continued to develop it with smart, simple and practical solutions. Mr. Launhardt was particularly concerned with the technical side of the company, but also with the development of the company.
Christian Launhardt
Managing Director
Christian Launhardt studied business administration with a focus on logistics and e-business at the Koblenz University of Applied Sciences (Remagen). The subsequent 12 years of professional experience in the logistics industry was characterized by international project work and the management of departments. The entry into the family business in the field of business organization and existing business development took place recently.
