By means of extrusion, we manufacture thermoplastic products by the meter, including metal carrier material. Tensioning straps as well as steel cable ties, tacking tongues, tacking straps and filament, but also profiles or hoses can be manufactured in this way.

The material, which is endlessly manufactured in the extrusion process, can be cut to length in a wide variety of configurations according to customer requirements. In this way, rods with lengths of up to 1,300 mm can be manufactured or rolls of different lengths can be rolled up in dispenser boxes in a user-friendly manner. For larger quantities, we also offer bulk goods wound on standardized bobbins.
Stamping
With defined end geometries
For special further processing steps and in order to avoid sharp edges on the plastic-coated strips, defined final geometries are implemented using a stamping process with adapted stamps. With many years of experience, we can also offer the challenging punching of plastic-coated metal parts, as required for the production of staples, economically.
Post-processing / product assembly
Injection Molding, Bending, Assembling
Depending on the area of application, different post-processing steps are required for the extruded strip. In addition to injection molding with inserts and pre-bending, we also offer assembly of finished products.
Additive manufacturing / 3D printing
Selective laser beam melting, LS, LS powder, TPU, PP
Using additive manufacturing, components with the most complex structures can be manufactured directly from CAD data. Selective laser sintering (LS or SLS) in particular makes it possible to produce small and very small series in the context of direct manufacturing, in addition to prototypes, without the expense of expensive tools such as those required for injection molding. In addition, we offer new and customized LS powders such as TPU and PP.
packaging
The packaging is the first thing that catches the eye with a product and protects it from external influences on any transport route. For this reason, the packaging of the products is also very important to us and we can offer you the appropriate assembly and packaging, which can be used e.g. B. also simplify the handling of the products in the application in the best possible way.
