Depending on your requirements, the metal strapping is made of rust-proof and hot-dip galvanized steel, stainless steel (V2A), or the highest quality anti-magnetic stainless steel (V4A). We offer both plain and plastic-coated versions. Compared to our competitors, our strapping is much more than just plastic-coated. It is coated with a thermoplastic (polypropylene) PP in an extrusion process with a defined thickness. Unlike conventional steel strapping, this enables water-repellent properties, greater acid resistance, and self-extinguishing properties that help reduce the risk of fire (V0 according to UL94). Not only your transported goods benefit from the plastic coating, but you do too. The plastic protects you from direct contact with the steel, and the rounded edges also protect your cargo from cuts, eliminating the need for additional edge protectors. The high-quality plastic ensures that the coating will not be damaged or scratched during application, creating a visually appealing design. Use our plastic wrapping for your marketing by having us label it as you wish, for example with your company logo.

Our coated steel strapping is ideal for the most demanding conditions, as it is weatherproof and resistant to microorganisms such as bacteria and mold. Its high strength and non-slip coating make it ideal for securing heavy-duty transport of industrial equipment, machinery, and goods with sharp edges and medium to high loads. Packages that must be transported while hot are also no challenge for our coated steel strapping. Our steel strapping is also resistant to environmental influences and remains rust-free for long-term storage of goods and pallets. The steel strapping comes in space-saving dispenser boxes and can be flexibly unwound to your desired length. Your advantage? The rest of the roll stops unwinding, and you don't need a dispenser cart for installation, saving you time and additional costs.

The plastic-coated steel tensioning strap is available in widths of 16.50 and 9.00 mm. Packaged in convenient dispenser boxes, the steel tensioning strap can be cut to size without wastage. Common bundles consist of 100 or 300 m of tensioning strap, a special tensioning strap pliers (with cutting function), and 500 or 1,000 L-clip locks.
