New SLS system, CAD components 3D printing, series production of SLS components, EOS Formiga P110
Since March 2021, we have expanded our machine park with another SLS system. Our new SLS system for powder-based additive manufacturing is an EOS Formiga P110. With it, we expand our capabilities for characterizing new SLS powders on a wide variety of systems. For example, new powder materials for the SLS process, such as very soft TPU, hard TPU, polypropylene, and even regular PA12.
With the EOS Formiga P110, we can offer our customers direct component production from these new and innovative SLS powder materials. We also offer the service of implementing your design in CAD, testing it, 3D printing your component, subsequent blasting and post-processing, and finally, before the component is shipped to you, we conduct a comprehensive quality inspection.
Fast series production of SLS components
The new system allows us to offer express service for the series production of SLS components. If you send us your CAD design, we'll send you a personalized quote within three hours, and you'll typically have your components in your hands within three working days.
Easily 3D print CAD components
We will soon set up our own upload platform for this purpose, so that you can easily upload your CAD components and then receive your 3D printed component via express delivery within 3 working days.
