New EOS Formiga P110 to implement series production of 3D printed plastic parts

Since March 2021 we have expanded our machine park with another SLS system. Our new SLS system for powder-based additive manufacturing is an EOS Formiga P110. With it, we are expanding our options for being able to characterize new SLS powders on a wide variety of systems. For example, new powder materials for the SLS process such as a very soft TPU, hard TPU, polypropylene but also regular PA12.

With the EOS Formiga P110, we can offer our customers direct component production from these new and innovative SLS powder materials. In addition, we offer the service of implementing your design in CAD, checking it, manufacturing your component using 3D printing, subsequently blasting and reworking it and finally, before the component is sent to you, we check it completely in terms of quality.

Fast series production of SLS components

With the new system, we are able to guarantee an express service for the series production of SLS components. If you send us your CAD construction, we will send you a personal offer within 3 hours and you will normally have your components in your hands within 3 working days.

Have CAD components 3D printed easily

For the fast and uncomplicated possibility of having your CAD components 3D printed, we will soon be setting up an upload platform on our website specially developed for this purpose. Then all you have to do is upload your CAD components and you will then receive your 3D printed component by express mail within 3 working days.
