3D printing ranking, additive manufacturing, Cologne/Bonn/Aachen manager
The 04/2021 issue of the specialist magazine Köln-Bonn-Aachen Manager listed the largest suppliers for industrial 3D printing. In this ranking, the Launhardt company was able to take fourth place and thus underline the strong growth in the field of additive manufacturing. You can find more about this in the Cologne/Bonn/Aachen Manager magazine or under the following link

Additive manufacturing enables the economical and flexible implementation of small series, the introduction of new products and the testing of new developments. What many people don't realize is that 3D printing can do much more than you think:
With the plastics we offer in 3D printing, almost all possible material properties can be reproduced and thus entire assemblies with components made of different materials can be realized in 3D printing. The best example of this is the combination of high-strength construction material polyamide 12 (nylon), which as a technical plastic enables high tensile strength and high elongation at break at the same time, and the very soft elastomer (TPU) with a Shore hardness A of 70. The elastomer enables the implementation of seals, Bellows, a pleasant feel and flexible structures. All of these materials processed in 3D printing offer approximately the same mechanical and thermal properties as processed in injection molding. This is achieved using the selective laser sintering (SLS) process, in which the thermoplastic is selectively melted in layers using a CO2 laser.
All components are reworked, smoothed and optionally colored by us after production. In this way, complex assemblies with different materials, component colors and the most complex functions can be produced directly in 3D printing.
Let the high quality of the 3D printed components convince you. You are welcome to request a sample component from us.
