Selective laser sintering with novel plastics
As a unique selling point, we offer the possibility of producing highly elastic components using the high-quality selective laser sintering (SLS) process. With our very soft TPU SLS powder (Shore hardness A 60), we offer the possibility of producing prototypes as well as finished, mechanically highly resilient components from a rubber-like material. In addition to a soft touch, the material enables an elongation at break of at least 450 μT. This enables the production of, for example, sealing profiles, system feet, anti-slip coatings, and the most complex textile-like components. With SLS, there are "almost" no limits to design freedom.
