For example, nose clips must not rust - just like staples for long-term archiving. They must be flexible and not break even after repeated bending. Production of certified FFP2 and FFP3 face masks with staples possible?

When manufacturing certified masks, it is imperative that the mask fits perfectly. This includes a secure fit of the mask for every face shape. The nose clip must be flexible in order to optimally adapt to the nose area - at the same time they must not break or start to rust after repeated bending. They must also be washable in standard washing machines. Our staple tongues fulfill all of these properties.

We offer a wide range of designs: tacks in stainless steel, tacks in aluminium; plastic-coated or bare; with rounded ends or cut straight. In order to avoid piercing textile masks and to ensure that they are machine washable, we also offer the nose clip with molded caps. If you operate a fully automatic mask production system, we are also happy to offer you the nose clip wound as rolls.
