We are pleased to announce that Launhardt is now in possession of another brand new SLS EOS Formiga P110 system. This is one of the most advanced and powerful industrial 3D printing machines on the market and we are proud to add this machine to our machine park.

The EOS Formiga P110 is a so-called selective laser sintering (SLS) machine that makes it possible to build up complex 3D geometries layer by layer by heating pulverized plastic powder. This process requires no backing material and allows us to manufacture parts in a variety of materials including PA12, PP and TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane).

The EOS Formiga P110 is able to print components with a layer thickness of 0.1 mm and achieves a high accuracy of up to 0.1 mm. This enables us to produce very complex and fine components in larger series, which can be used in many areas of application.

Another key feature of the EOS Formiga P110 is its ability to quickly and efficiently mass-produce parts. This enables us to serve our customers even faster and more flexibly and to meet their requirements even better.
