Binding tongues / binding bands

Binding tapes, also called binding tabs, are used in the office supplies industry, especially in folders or loose-leaf binders, for binding perforated documents. We offer these products with PE and PVC plastic coating.

Optionally, the binding bands/stapling tabs are also available with end caps to ensure secure document storage. Binding bands are available in lengths from 80 mm to 400 mm. We offer binding bands/stapling tabs in the standard colors white, gray, and black. Other colors and dimensions are available upon request.

Depending on customer requirements, the staples are delivered in bundles of 250 to 1000 pieces or loose in boxes/plastic bags.

The fully shielded steel core prevents the risk of injury and document tearing. Special end caps enable simple and trouble-free document storage.

Production

In the extrusion process, steel strip is coated with various thermoplastics, then cut to length and punched, and additional end caps are injected as needed. Dimensions, straightness, and visual appearance are checked at all process steps, and the strip is finally packaged according to customer requirements. We guarantee the highest and, above all, consistent quality, especially for fully automated processing, fast delivery, and high flexibility.
