3D printing in series production, post-processing options, automated 3D printing

Awareness of the potential for cost-effective small and medium-sized series production using industrial 3D printing is gaining ground in more and more companies. For this reason, Launhardt's throughput of 3D-printed components is also steadily increasing. The higher level of automation ensures consistently consistent surface quality and thus optimized post-processing of SLS components. With our new PowerShot C blasting cabinet from DyeMansion, we are able to significantly simplify production and post-processing. Roughly unpacked components from the Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) process can be completely freed of powder in this system. This is particularly necessary for downstream finishing processes such as coloring.
