Depending on the requirements, the metal strip is made of stainless and hot-dip galvanized steel, stainless steel (V2A) or high-quality antimagnetic stainless steel (V4A). We offer you a blank and a plastic-coated version. Compared to our competitors, our strapping is much more than just coated with plastic. They are coated with the thermoplastic material (polypropylene) PP with a defined thickness in an extrusion process. In contrast to conventional steel straps, this enables water-repellent effect, higher resistance to acids and has self-extinguishing properties that help reduce the risk of fire (V0 according to UL94). It's not just the goods you're transporting that benefit from the plastic coating, you do too. Because the plastic protects you from direct contact with the steel, but your load is also protected from cuts by the rounded edges, so that no additional edge protectors are necessary. Due to the high-quality plastic, the casing is not damaged or scratched during attachment, which ensures a visually appealing design. Use our plastic coating for your marketing, in which you can use it as you like, e.g. B. have us label it with your company logo.

Our covered steel belts are excellent for the most demanding conditions as they are weatherproof and resistant to micro-organisms such as e.g. B. bacteria and mold. Due to the high resistance and non-slip coating, the steel strap is suitable as a fastening strap for the sharp-edged heavy transport of industrial plants, machines and goods with medium to high loads. Packages that have to be transported when they are hot also do not pose a challenge for our coated steel strap. Our steel strapping is also resistant to environmental influences and remains rust-free for the long-term storage of goods and pallets. The steel strapping comes in space-saving dispenser boxes and can be flexibly unrolled from there to your desired length. Your advantage? The rest of the roll stops unwinding and you don't need an unwind trolley for assembly, saving your time and additional costs.

The plastic-coated steel strap is available in widths of 16.50 and 9.00 mm. Packed in convenient dispenser boxes, the steel tensioning strap can be individually cut to length without waste. Common bundles consist of 100 or 300 m of tensioning strap, special tensioning strap pliers (with cutting function) and 500 or 1,000 L-clip locks.
