For special further processing steps and in order to avoid sharp edges on the plastic-coated strips, defined final geometries are implemented using a stamping process with adapted stamps. With many years of experience, we can also offer the challenging stamping of plastic-coated metal parts, as required for the production of nose clips for face masks, economically. In addition, by sealing the ends, we offer the option of making the nose clips waterproof and therefore washable.

Depending on the type of mask, area of use and mask size as well as the further processing method (e.g. sewing in by hand or fully automated processing), there are different requirements for the nose clip (also called nose clip) to be used. We offer ready-to-use nose clips for face masks, e.g. B. with semicircular punching or with molded end caps, without pre-bending in different lengths. These can then be worked into appropriate masks either by machine or by hand.

For the fully automatic mask production, we offer the nose clips on pre-assembled spools by the meter, which can be exchanged very easily and without much effort.
