With the current Germany-wide mask requirement, the demand for face masks, protective masks, and other items has increased dramatically. Many manufacturers are struggling to keep up with the production of makeshift mouth-nose masks (BMNM). We would like to provide support here, as our tabs are ideal for use as nose clips or nose bridges for face masks. Nose clips made from staple tongues, isn't that a bit far-fetched?<\/span><\/h3>\n

Quite the opposite! Our staples are ideal for manufacturing nose clips for face masks, as they must withstand similar resistance and possess the same properties as the nose clips of protective masks. For example, nose clips must not rust \u2013 just like staples for long-term archiving. They must be flexible and not break even after repeated bending. Is it possible to produce certified FFP2 and FFP3 face masks with tabs?<\/span><\/h3>\n

When manufacturing certified masks, a perfect fit is essential. This includes ensuring the mask fits securely on every face shape. The nose bridges must be flexible to optimally adapt to the nose area \u2013 at the same time, they must not break or begin to rust after repeated bending. They must also be washable in standard washing machines. Our nose bridges meet all of these requirements.<\/span><\/p>\n

We offer a wide variety of designs: stainless steel tabs, aluminum tabs; plastic-coated or bare; with rounded ends or straight cut. To prevent piercing fabric masks and to ensure machine washability, we also offer nose bridges with molded-on caps. If you operate a fully automated mask production line, we are also happy to offer nose bridges wound on rolls.<\/span><\/p>\n
